Online learning can be mentally demanding, and stress can build up if you’re not careful. Taking time to relax and reset your mind is essential for managing anxiety.

One of the most effective ways to calm your nerves is through deep breathing exercises. Try the simple technique of inhaling deeply for four seconds, holding your breath for four, and then exhaling for four. This “box breathing” method can help reduce tension and ground you in the present moment.

Another method is progressive muscle relaxation. Starting from your toes, tense each muscle group in your body for five seconds, then release. This exercise can help you become more aware of your body and its tension, allowing you to relax both physically and mentally.
