1. Wake Up Early and Mindfully

Set a wake-up time that gives you enough space to start your day calmly. Avoid rushing out of bed and instead, take a few minutes to stretch or focus on your breathing. This small act of mindfulness can help you start the day with a clear and focused mind.

2. Hydrate and Nourish Your Body

Drinking a glass of water right after waking helps rehydrate your body and kickstart your metabolism. Pair it with a healthy breakfast that provides sustained energy, like oatmeal, eggs, or a smoothie packed with fruits and protein.

3. Include Movement or Exercise
