Why Movement Matters in the Morning

When you start your day with physical activity, you wake up your body and mind. Stretching, walking, or light exercises help increase circulation, release stiffness, and boost energy levels. Even five to ten minutes of movement can make a noticeable difference, especially if you spend much of your day sitting or working indoors.

Start with Gentle Stretches
