Starting your day with intention can make a big difference in your overall well-being. A mindful morning routine helps you feel more centered, calm, and ready to face the day. Here’s how you can create one:

1. Wake Up with Gratitude

Begin your day by taking a moment to notice what you’re grateful for. It could be as simple as a warm cup of tea, the sunlight streaming through your window, or a good night’s sleep. This small habit encourages a positive mindset from the start.

2. Practice Gentle Breathing or Meditation

Spend 5–10 minutes focusing on your breath. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and notice each inhale and exhale. Mindful breathing helps reduce stress, increase focus, and prepare your mind for the day ahead.

3. Move Your Body Mindfully

4. Enjoy a Mindful Breakfast
