Mornings can be unpredictable, but having a familiar structure helps your mind and body feel grounded. Consistency reduces decision fatigue, which means you spend less energy figuring out what to do and more energy actually doing it. Over time, these regular actions become natural habits, so starting your day in a steady way feels almost effortless.
